Razor Roadside Service offers fast roadside assistance at affordable prices ranging from $30–$95. We pride ourselves on courteously tackling any job, from a flat tire to getting keys from your locked vehicle. You can contact us for a free quote.


Razor Roadside will place an immediate payment authorization to your credit card account for the estimated amount of the service. However, the ultimate charge to your credit card account will be for the actual cost of the service.


To the extent your description of the services needed and/or conditions impacting your vehicle are deficient, inaccurate or otherwise misstated and/or the services required are more extensive than your description indicated, the price quote provided shall not be binding and you are responsible for paying for any additional services needed and/or requested. Roadside assistance is only available for vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) up to 10,000 lbs.


You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of Razor Roadside dispatching a service vehicle to your location at no cost to you. If more than 5 minutes have elapsed after Razor Roadside dispatched a service vehicle and prior to driver arriving on scene, cancellation is subject to payment of a $30 non-refundable charge.

You will be charged the full amount of the quoted service price for any of the following cancellation reasons/instances: driver is on scene and you cancel for any reason; driver determines you have inaccurately stated the conditions of your vehicle thus the cost of service will be higher than initially quoted and you cancel service; you are Gone On Arrival (GOA) and/or fail to cancel service.


Various conditions beyond our control may prevent or delay us from providing the service to you, or impair the quality of service you or your vehicle may receive. These conditions include, for example and without limitation: atmospheric, geographic, or topographic conditions, inclement weather, congestion or outages of utility (including interruption of wireless service); as well as war, acts of God, natural disaster, or other acts, forces or causes beyond our, or our affiliates control.

In the event of any of the foregoing prevent or interfere with our provision of service to you, we may, in our discretion, suspend or terminate the service (in whole or in part) or, without notice to you and without any liability.

We, or our affiliates are not responsible for any service or the system's failures, interruptions, delays or impairments due to these causes, and you are not eligible for any credit or refund (whole or partial) as a result (except to the extent otherwise set forth in this agreement).


The safety of our employees and the public is a priority for Razor Roadside. We realize there are emergency situations caused by inclement weather. Our inclement weather policy outlines how Razor Roadside will handle closures due to inclement weather and notification for employees and customers.

It is the policy of Razor Roadside to remain open during most periods of inclement weather; however, where extraordinary circumstances warrant, due to weather or other unforeseen business interruption, the company reserves the right to close the facility.

Upon determination that Razor Roadside will be closed due to an emergency situation, all efforts will be made to notify our customers appropriately as conditions develop. Examples of communication include: outgoing message on the company's main line may be changed to reflect the closure, news outlets will be notified where appropriate, the company website may reflect the closure and each team leader will be expected to notify their team members.


Except as prohibited under applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us or our affiliates harmless from and against all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site or (b) any violation of this Agreement by you.
